Q: How do I access my email when I'm away from my office?
A: You can check your email by using the webmail system provided. Go to "http://mail.episode12.net".

Q: I tried to login at webmail but nothing appears and I'm not using MS Explorer or my browser is an older version.
A: During login, under Interface, choose "Simple(Any browser)".

Q: I can't receive or send email even after following the instructions?
A: Check if your email account is valid. Go to "http://mail.episode12.net". Try logging in to your email account with your username and password. If you are able to login, your email account and password is valid, check your email software settings again.
